Most voters are concerned about the situation between Russia and Ukraine -- and think what happens there matters here at home, according to a Fox News survey completed before Russian President Vladimir Putin launched an attack on Ukraine overnight Wednesday. The survey finds 56% feel President Biden has not been tough enough on Russia.
