Snap poll: 50% of Americans agree with the guilty verdict in Trump's hush-money case.

Half of Americans agree with a Manhattan jury's verdict that Donald Trump was guilty of 34 felony charges related to falsifying business records to cover up an alleged affair with an adult film actress. Another 30% disagree, and 19% of Americans aren't sure, in a YouGov snap poll conducted hours after the verdict Thursday.
U.S. Economic Confidence Dips for a Second Month in a Row

Gallup’s Economic Confidence Index registered -34 in May, reflecting further deterioration in how Americans assess the economy’s current state as well as its trajectory. Americans’ flagging confidence in the national economy is also evident in their continued mentions of the economy and inflation as two of the most important problems facing the U.S. Immigration and the government also rank at the top of the list.
